Selling conditions

It’s very easy you just have to follow these steps:

  1. Search for your interested item. You will see zoomed pictures just by clicking on them and read a detailed description.
  2. Select the size and quantities desired and add the item in the basket. You can continue with the purchase or continue adding items to the basket.
  3. In the basket you will be able to check the chosen items and its characteristics, sizes & prices. You will see the shipping fee once your address has been added.
  4. Fulfil personal details and add a payment method.
  5. Confirm your purchase.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • In which countries can I purchase?

    Currently its possible to purchase in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, United Kingdom, Austria & Italy. To purchase in a different country please get in touch at info@adelinemadisoncruz.com

  • Are the sold out items replenished?

    When the item has been sold out it will not appear as available in the website. Once is in stock again it will appear again.

  • Will I get the same product as in the picture?

    Yes, keep in mind that as limited edition products details and colours may vary. Check carefully each product description.

  • How can I get my password back if I forgot it?

    If you forgot your password you will be able to get it back in My Account section.

  • How can I know my purchase location?

    In “My Orders” section. If you are not yet registered you can click on “your order information” link in the confirmation email.

  • Can I delete any item from my order?

    Yes, as long as you have not accepted the purchase. In the cart you will be able to add and delete the items if you don’t want them.

  • Can I delete my order?

    Yes, you will be able to cancel as long as its state allows doing so. To check go to “My Orders” section.

The accepted payment methods are:

  1. PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD: After confirming the order, you will be taken directly to the paypal website. Once the payment has been proceeded, it will come back to this website and a confirmation email will be sent.
  2. BANK TRANSFER: After confirming the order, it will stand in standby waiting to receive the full amount of the purchase in our bank account. The bank account appears once you confirm the order. To confirm the receipt of the amount, the customer must send to info@madisoncruz.com the receipt of the transfer with the order number in the subject. Once the amount has been confirmed, the order will be accepted and the preparation and shipping process will begin.
  • Where can I receive my order?

    You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.- Never in a post office) or at a collection point of your choice.

  • How soon will I get my order?

    Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected. For shipments within Spain are 3-5 business days. For all other countries it is 5 business days.

  • How much do I have to pay for shipping?

    Shipping to Spain is € 8.02 + 3.5 € insurance.

    The shipping costs to other countries are € 10.33 + € 3.5 insurance.

    Shipping costs to an point in Spain are € 3.26 + € 3.5 insurance. In France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the shipping costs are € 6.53 + € 3.5 insurance.

  • Can I track the status of my order?

    Yes, through “my account” section, in “orders”, you can see the status of your order.

  • What is the deadline to make a change or return?

    The deadline for any return or exchange is 15 calendar days once the item is received.

  • How can I make a change or return?

    To make the change or return you must send us the product on your own. Once we have verified that it is in perfect conditions, the amount of the item will be refunded or, in case of a change, the selected item will be sent.

  • Once a change is made, can I return the new item?

    Yes. You have 15 calendar days from the date we confirmed your new shipment.

  • Can I change or return any item?

    Yes, as long as they are in perfect conditions and with their corresponding labels.
